You may be surprised to see the girls who topped Teen Vogue's Best Dressed for December 08 list. Emma Watson took the spot at number one, followed by Twilight starlet Kristen Stewart at number 2. Taylor Momsen took 3rd. The remaining stars who placed are below.

Teen Vogue hung out with Taylor Momsen at the Club H Fitness in midtown New York. She spoke to them about her fitness regime, Gossip Girl and her music.
"I’m also a musician and singer, and I write music. That’s a huge passion of mine. Huge, huge! I’m currently working on an album with my band, so I would love to do something with that. That would be the next big thing I’d like to accomplish." She revealed.

While there were 10 categories, obviously our favorite stars didn't qualify for some categories such as Chicest Red Carpet Baby Bumps...lol
But they dominated the other categories such as Best Birthday Bash, Most Daring Dresses, Top Hair Transformation, Best Party Performances, Most Outrageous Accessories, Best Fashion Fetes, and more.

Teen Vogue released the list of best dressed females in 2008 and Selena Gomez topped the list.
A few other young favorites were also on the list such as Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Taylor Momsen and Camilla Belle.

Young Hollywood is infamous for dressing up and looking good and 2008 was no exception for these fashion forward kids. From Miley Cyrus to Demi Lovato, these girls have shown us that they not only know a thing or two about acting or singing but they also know how to make anything and everything look good. From award shows to premieres, concerts to photoshoots, these stars were always looking good.

1. Miley Cyrus: Best Overall Style
Miley Cyrus definitley knew how to rock anything and could make any outfit work. Whether it was shorts with fur-trimmed boots at Universal or a casual dress with leggings and boots to browse the mall.
She was never seen (ok photographed) wearing the same thing twice and her style lands her the top spot in our Best Dressed Females List.
There have been little rumors here and there (but nothing to big) about a supposed real-life romance between Gossip Girl stars Chace Crawford, 23 and Taylor Momsen, 15.
The two were previously seen "cuddling" and "kissing" in a club together, and just as recently as December 6th at their Gossip Girl Holiday Party they were seen sneaking out of the party together "to go make out."
Who knows what the truth is, but whether it is false or not, people are going to have a lot to say, since Tay is 15 and Chace is 23. I guess just like with Miley and Justin it's not illegal unless they're doing more then just kissing and dating...

There is always going to be speculation of that infamous photo of Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen where she was supposedly smoking a cigarette, or had one in her hand.
However, now there is a video from the Gossip Girl Christmas party (Dec. 6) that shows T-Mom on a balcony with some of her co-stars, including the actress who plays Isabelle Coates (you can hear the camera man talking about it.) ...She is possibly smoking.
